Helpful Software Services is a family-owned and operated business. Sherri Abbassi is the founding partner, and she receives assistance from her husband, Navid, and son, Grant. Sherri leverages her immense creativity to help people turn computers from something unknown and intimidating into something they can use to improve their personal and professional lives.  She has over 10 years of experience in the IT field and has held positions as a computer programmer and educator, has created numerous websites and promotional materials, and is considered a topic research specialist among her peers. Navid has over 17 years of experience in the technology field and has held positions including Chief Architect, Director of IT, IT consultant, database specialist, systems engineer, and programmer. Essentially, he specializes in making computers do what businesses and people need them to do.  Grant, who is 9 years old, has been on a computer since before he was one and has grown up watching his parents work with and create on computers. He has developed an eye for colors and design, and also serves as a "gopher" when he assists with installations.
